Shaller Family Sholom East Campus | St. Paul, Minnesota

Overlooking the bluffs of the Mississippi River Valley, within a newly reclaimed urban neighborhood, Sholom East Campus sits on a former industrial "brownfield" site. Designed to compliment the existing urban fabric within the context of traditional neighborhood zoning, the campus is the cornerstone of a new 1,000-unit neighborhood, placing senior in the heart of the city.

45 HUD 202 independent living units; 18 memory care assisted living units; an 80 resident skilled nurisng facility; 12 patient hospice program; and a wide array of community facilities and programs.
