The new facility includes assisted living, nursing care, adult daycare, child daycare, and Town Square. The Town Square is designed as the center of community life on the campus. The Residence, a 324-resident all private room nursing care facility is designed using cluster principles. The plan is organized into residentially scaled household groups of nine. The Inn is a 48-unit assisted living residence.
